As you all know, our org is involved in various outreach programs. Up until this point we have focused primarily on our veteran community and the homeless. Now, we are extending our outreach efforts, and we have a group of like-minded, dedicated, talented women to accomplish this.
We have made it our mission to educate women about their constitutional rights, including the right to self-defense and self-preservation protected by the second amendment of our constitution; as well as our bill of rights.
We will work to help teach and educate women on self defense, defensive firearm usage, assist them in obtaining their concealed carry permits, and most importantly; firearm safety. We will work to help prevent more women from falling victim to those who intend to harm them.
We will work to help women and children struggling with homelessness and escaping domestic violence situations by working with local shelters and advocacy groups to provide food, necessities, mentoring, and support during their transition to a new life free from abuse and/or the struggles associated with homelessness.
We will also be focusing on securing our schools. While politicians fight amongst themselves for their own interests, our children are paying the ultimate price. Rather than restrict the rights of law-abiding gun owners, we will work to create and implement effective, realistic, achievable methods of securing our children’s safety at school; and elsewhere. We fundamentally believe that it is possible to ensure their safety without sacrificing individual liberties. We demand real solutions, not feel good legislation.
We are mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, and friends.
We are Americans.
We are realists.
We are Constitutionalists.
