Democrats in the Washington Legislature are proposing a bill that would establish a domestic extremist commission. HB 1333 is apparently intended to prevent "well connected extremist networks" in the Pacific Northwest that are able to raise money for bail funds if a member is arrested, according to the associate director of the Anti-Defamation League, Emily Kaufman, who testified recently to a House committee in Olympia. KVI's John Carlson evaluates this proposed bill and speaks to a member of one of the groups mentioned by Kaufman, the Washington 3%ers during this interview segment.

In Mossyrock, Washington, people gathered to address election irregularities and the state’s lockdown rules. Among the crowd were a number of members from the Washington 3%, a constitutional conservative non-profit organization. According to them, the election needs further investigation.

It's been a rough year in Mossyrock, where the cancellation of the annual Blueberry Festival along with Loggers Jubilee in nearby Morton has deeply impacted tourism. Those closures along with increased COVID restrictions have pushed some to the breaking point, emotionally and financially.

Gov. Jay Inslee’s call to extend COVID-19 restrictions is provoking some pushback and even open defiance in many communities. For example, indoor dining is still on the menu at Spiffy's Restaurant & Bakery in Lewis County despite the state imposing $9,000-a-day fines for violating the governor's shut-down order. Matt Marshall, the founder of a right-wing group called The Three Percent of Washington, said it seems like the restaurant industry is being singled out.

Peter Diaz of American Wolf approached members of this organization to assist him with plans he was making to defend Olympia from rioters. The members declined to participate and no members of WA3% were involved in his groups activities that night.

We also stand with the upstanding law enforcement officers whose commitment to serve and protect is tarnished by the reckless actions of a few.
